What would you ask Universal Music?

On Monday I will speak to the management team at Universal Music Group's German HQ in Berlin. I will talk about weblogs, podcasts, videoblogs... and how digital tools and technology change the way consumers interact with music (or any type of content).
I would like to throw some questions back to Universal and give you the opportunity to address any issues you'd like to get covered. It's not my intention to tell the music managers how to run their business (as I have no experience at all in running a music company) but I would like to give them some ideas and food for thought about future business cenarios and how a "MySpace generation" might see the world a bit differently. What questions would you raise in such a discussion?

Do not mention Negroponte :).
Just try to have a nice day. And forget it ASAP. ;-))
If my podcast can deliver a music track to hundreds of thousands of listeners looking for new music, why should I have to pay you for what is, essentially, promotion?

Genieße die Kantine und den Ausblick auf die Spree bei herrlichen Wetter. Die Kantine von Universal ist wirklich sehr gut - Auswahl und Qualität.
