Steve Rubel joining Edelman

Congrats to Steve Rubel for joining Edelman!

Talking about Edelman, I will be at Edelman's Hamburg office later this month, talking about (surprise!) weblogs together with the great David Weinberger. Today I learned that the audience will be 1/3 bloggers which has some impact on the presentation I had intended to deliver. So right now I am trynig to come up with some ideas on how to make sure the non-bloggers learn something while the bloggers don't get bored. Maybe weblogs won't be the only thing I'll talk about...

Comments to this weblog entry:

What about this strategy: Don't bore the blogger and leave the non-bloggers with the feeling, they definitely missed something in the passed yaars and now they'll have to catch up quickly. And: Don't talk only about weblogs. The Blog-Dingens is not an isolated phenomenon as we both know. See you in Hamburg :-)

I'll be there as well, so we'll finally meet. Maybe you can talk about communication and participation in general
