it sounds a bit textbook doesnt it ? my point was if companies are not in for long haul, with IPO the rocket fuel, and instead are focused on the flip.. you dont need the investment bankers IPO'ing or large finance company preparing for IPO and reporting to stock exchange. instead its wifi, starbucks and lattes between corp dev guys, ala LA, shopping their 2.0 plays. depending on whether they are gemaya (hunter) or new new thing (hunted) bb
