Google WiFi VPN - ready for showtime?

Google Secure Access is a downloadable client application that allows users to establish a more secure WiFi connection.

A good FREEWARE alternative to google VPN is the "iPig" software from http://www.iopus.com/ipig which comes as iPig client and iPig server - VERY easy to install and use.

The Google software is free as well. So unless I set up an iPig server, it comes down to whether I trust iOpus Software GmbH or Google Inc more.
