Free speech up the ass

From comments to Jeff Jarvis' post about the Howard Stern / Viacom / FCC controversy, Free speech ain't free anymore:
How can we even claim to have free speech when it's illegal to call a Christmas tree a Christmas tree or the ACLU will fine you. Today a newspaper in Kansas inadvertently called it a Christmas tree and has been forced to apologize to any readers it offended. Now tell me why I should not be offended by Howard Stern's trash talk but I should be offended by the word Christmas? And if I like the Passion, then I'm a frigging anti-semite. And if I don't buy into two gay guys getting married, I'm a homophobe. Never mind the fact that it makes me puke to watch two men pawing each other, I'm not freee to be honest about it. Shove your politically correct speech up Howard Stern's ass. Speech is only free if you happen to agree with it--otherwise it's mudslinging or some other drama queen term.

Why does this poem comes to my mind where you start with "first they did only this, and I did not care because I ..." ?
So I asume, New York will stop having tourist for lightening of the christmas tree? All the little "Tim Taylor's" have to stop their christmas decoration.
Where does this stop?? Freedom is alsways the freedom of the other person not thinking like me.
I am really angry about that.
