TollCollect everywhere

Germany's disastrous TollCollect project just got delayed for a couple of years but our humble Minister of Finance Hans Eichel is already said to be dreaming up even more sources of income through the introduction of additional tolls for motor boats and sailing yachts. That's what I call creativity.
