Shame on you, Bild!

Bought some fresh bread at the bakery. Looked at today's print issue of Germany's #1 daily tabloid, BILD Zeitung. On its frontpage a horrible and bloody picture of a German GSG 9 special police forces officer who was killed in Iraq while protecting German diplomats travelling North of Falludscha. We don't need that kind of graphic imagery to learn that war and terrorism is dead wrong.

As I haven't seen what was in Bild I have to assume it is the picture I know of, but the same picture was on the front page of the Sunday Torygraph. Took up almost all of the top half of the page. So it's not restriced to tabloids, "respected" newspapers do the same.
@Armin: When TV news show Tagesthemen had a story on that Sunday "Torygraph" issue, they showed the newspaper, but carefully placed obstacles in front of the picture in question, so you could not see it for a single second. Then again, one simply could walk into the international newsstand at the railroad station and see a whole pile of the very same newspaper.
