Joining the Caravan
I am very much looking forward to joining the European Identity Cultural Caravan this Sunday in Bled (Slovenia). The journey will take us through Hungary, Latvia, Poland and Slovakia. As it turns out, it was impossible to organize a train to get the caravan moving - so we will board VIP busses instead. The upside: the busses will have plenty of outlets to power laptops, digital cameras, etc. The downside: trains usually provide more space to walk around and stretch your legs. The caravan will be surrounded by journalists as CNN and UK Channel 4 will take footage and British Airways' on-board magazine is interested in contributing their cover-story.
Of course you will be able to read frequent updates on my weblog - provided we get occasional Internet access. So stay tuned.

Wow - that sounds really really cool! Have loads of fun!
I've been participating in loads of activities with an organization called CISV - highly recommend checking them out as well!

(PS how did you get invited? :-) ;-) )
